    Slight delay in getting but that happens.
    We did not see drain plug was not inside cooler until we returned from our trip. We found in the box assumed it was in the cooler, on me for not verifying. Was able to punt and everything was okay. Took a plug from another cooler that was with us and use that one.

    No fault of the seller. I should have double checked.

    Ship’s quick so far and a five star for seller. I put off buying one because of the price but after a couple of years ago at a Fourth of July party it held Ice for 5 days in the Sun and I couldn’t believe it because I always had been used to cheaper made coolers but never forgot the yeti. I live in Oklahoma and it gets very hot and this is a bad time of year when tornadoes , very damaging wind and you could be out of power for weeks…,, if you survive….or you name it so I bought a yeti. I’ve bought many many coolers in my lifetime but nothing compares to a yeti yet that I’ve met.

    Great cooler. I really like the size it’s just small enough you can move it and big enough to hold a number of drinks. Color is excellent, vibrant, goes well with the grays and muted hues and a lot of homes now and looks great outdoors.

    Get rid of that old Igloo and take out a loan on this baby! Don’t worry about the expensive price with all the money on ice bags you’ll be saving. It will be paid off in a quick few years. Now for some reason it won’t stay full of beer but the ice seems to stay much longer. In all seriousness, this cooler is really sturdy and well put together. It’s heavy and it’s thicc! Just like the ladies drinking my beer.

    We have one in the U.S., which kept our food safe from a bear’s attempted break-in! Nothing but one scuff mark, even though the bear “swatted” it from the top of a picnic table. Purchased a second one for our family in the U.K. and can’t wait to take it camping.
    DO chill the cooler down the night before, if you intend to store food for multiple days (Yeti recommendation).
    The cooler has substantial weight, especially when loaded with food.

    Bought this cooler for the purpose of a two day camping trip. The cooler is in-fact about 37 Quarts. 45 is Yeti’s “Model” of cooler which is never mentioned by Yeti themselves. They also never mention on their main site the quart size. Yeti only mentions only 54 Cans (no ice) or 37lbs of Ice (only ice) can fit. Space is limited for me which is why I went with the 45 instead of the 65 but the 45 is good enough for a weekend. With everything I had packed in it with layers of ice between items, by the end of my trip the ice that still remained was was about half. I Possibly may buy a 65 in the future. Almost bought a Coleman Convoy but I bought this Yeti for the fact that it’s Rotomolded which is worth it.

    Yes it’s expensive but you cannot buy better. I have been camping for five days and there is still ice on it at the end. It’s also bombproof quality never mind bear proof.
