   The Colster gasket is sized for standard 12 oz. cans and works great – seals perfectly tight. I wanted a second gasket to use for bottles, one that I wouldn’t care to “stretch” a little. Most 12 oz bottles are all a little different – and a larger diameter than cans – so I now have one that is a little stretched to fit. I just pressed it down over the bottle, I did not cut it or anything.

   One previous poster stated this is a fake Yeti product. I have no clue what they meant – the one that I received came in a sealed Yeti bag, and exactly matches the one that came with the Colster. It is not fake.

   Dog lives to see another day thanks to the replacement…just joking, the dog has me wrapped around her toe: if she looked at it longingly I would give the new one to her to chew up. I’m glad this worked as it’s the roommate’s yeti and he was mad.

   The Coldster on the left is missing a gasket. So I order one for a 12 oz. coldster, they hold 12 oz. cans. The one in the middle is the same with its original gasket. The one on the right has a slightly smaller gasket; this is the gasket I was sent. I contacted them and received no response. I forked out 17 bucks for this useless piece of plastic; unless I lose the one to the taller Yeti.

   My son let his Rambler gasket float away at the lake one day, and I was very happy to find I could order him a replacement. (Actually the replacement was for me, since I gave him the gasket off of mine…) Anyway – perfect fit, perfect look, etc. Exactly what I needed!

   The item displayed in the picture was what I desired. It is the replacement top for an older version Yeti Colster replacement cap. The item that was shipped was the Yeti Colster replacement cap for the “newer” versions. There is a known difference. The older version cap is wider w/logo as pictured and the newer version is thinner and 16oz cans do not fit as well as the screw on lid won’t hold down. I was really disappointed that what I thought I would get was perfectly pictured online but the part sent was not at all like I needed.

   Not sure if it’s worth it to buy Yeti brand or another brand on yetioutlets.com but I went for Yeti and it works perfectly. If you lost this piece of have a beat up one and don’t use your colster then buy this because the colster is amazing
