I tried using knock off lids for my 20 ounce tumbler. Never again! The knock offs (which I bought on yetioutlets.com) fit poorly and were hard to drink out of without tipping the tumbler way up which meant hot coffee on my chin! This replacement was perfect!

4 stars. Would buy it again, but not sure why my rambler didn’t include a lid on the first place like some other YETI models. Two other negatives: (1) the price… But everything YETI isn’t exactly cheap. I just keep telling myself you get what you pay for. (2) The hold that you drink liquid out of doesn’t have an option to be closed.
Done complaining. I love both of my YETI ramblers and if something happened to them I would replace them right away. Having the lid really makes all of the difference on keeping my coffee hot for a longer period of time. I’ve read that if you hear the ramblers up with hot water first then dump it out then fill it with coffee that will help… It just seems like more hassle then it’s worth. Buy the lid.
